You can benefit from coaching by:

  • Considering your life purpose and making steps towards it.
  • Overcoming self limited beliefs and increase self esteem.
  • Helping to discover what is important to you and find manageable ways to move towards it.
  • Discovering what it means to be you (who am I?) and develop you self identity.
  • Managing your thoughts, feelings and behaviour instead of them managing you.
  • Feeling empowered to make informed choices and a sense of purpose in what you do.

Who, what, when, how?

How does coaching take place?

  • 1-1 with a coach face to face, telephone or Skype.
  • Sessions are typically through conversation, other activities can also be included to assist with sessions.
  • A session will last between 45-60 minutes depending on the age and need of the adult.

Whilst becoming an adult can be an exciting time, it can also be confusing and often brings with it an increased level of responsibility and sometimes uncertainty. Most young adults are overwhelmed and frustrated by the demands of life and stress of relationships. Coaching provides a space where immediate challenges can be discussed, as well as future aspirations considered.

Coaching the next generation

What is coaching?

Coaching can provide you with support, tools and guidance to improve and make significant changes in your life. It can help you move forward in confidence, help organise thoughts, prioritise what is important and consider ways in which a desired outcome can be achieved.

Coaching can help you move forward if you:

  • Want direction around educational, career or life choices.
  • Want to overcome stereotypes and perceptions of how you see yourself and how others see you.
  • Desire a new direction for your life that holds more meaning to you.
  • Want to improve relationships and increase life skills.
  • Have unused talents and strengths that you want to utilise.
  • If you have aspirations and want to be clear on how to achieve them.
